Josh Ely

JOSH ELY | Regional Chief of Engineering

Josh is new to the Treasure Valley and enjoys everything Idaho’s outdoors has to offer. He is new to the radio world but is excited to learn all the ins and outs of what makes radio work. Josh has a background in data communications, electronics, and many different construction trades. He loves to just jump right in and do whatever it takes to get the job done! You might see him working at the transmitter sites or hiking the local trails with his wife and 2 dogs.

Jared Ricker

JARED RICKER | Assistant Engineer/I.T. Director

Jared has always been the “go-to” guy for all the behind the scenes fixes. Originally a multi media student, his highschool broadcasting connections led him to the radio business. Jared has been helping keep the radio on air with Impact for over 10 years. Need computer help, he is your man. Jared has been in the valley most of his life and currently resides here with his wife and 4 kids.

Irvin Guerrero

IRVIN GUERRERO | Regional Production Manager

Irvin Guerrero is an Idaho native, born and raised. He moved to Boise in 2009 and joined Impact Radio shortly after as a member of the promotions team. Over the years he has slowly worked his way up to become the stations’ Production Manager where he handles all aspects of commercial production. Outside of the studio, Irvin enjoys the outdoors and does a variety of activities to pass the time like snowboarding, biking, soccer and others.

AMBER VALLIER | Traffic Director / Administrative Assistant

Amber is a Minnesota native who has called the Treasure Valley home since 2013.  Prior to her venture into radio, she was an administrative and human resources assistant in the medical device and circuit board industries.  The best aspect of her job is seeing what an impact local radio has on connecting the community.

KELSI WILSON | Continuity Director

Kelsi Wilson was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. She was a student athlete for the last 9 years, and has recently graduated from Treasure Valley Community College with her Associate’s degree. Looking for new challenges and excitement, Kelsi joined the Impact Radio family. She enjoys having the opportunity to learn and grow each day, along with getting to meet listeners from across the valley. Outside of work, Kelsi loves spending time with family and friends, going on adventures, photography and volleyball.

APRIL MASSEY | Director of First Impressions

April is an Idaho native, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. She is an alumni of The College of Idaho with a bachelors degree in Creative Writing. In her spare time, April enjoys spending time with her little dog Zeus, going to flea markets, reading, traveling and writing for publication. April is an avid and passionate music fan, she’s always on the hunt for rare vinyl and looking forward to the next concert.

SEAN PEABODY | Promotions Coordinator

Sean started part time with Impact Radio Group in the beginning as a Stand Up Comedian who would go on air every Friday with WILD 101. He was then asked to be a part of the team and started to answer phones for ESPN BOISE.

From there it took off. He used to program the John Jay and Rich show for MY 102.7, produce THE DRIVE with Joey and Gold on ESPN BOISE, and still every now and then he will cover traffic reports for Bryan Gregory. He currently helps lead the The Promotions and Street Teams for the station but if you ask him what he does for the station his response would be simply, “What ever has to be done.”


ROBERT DOYLE | Assistant Promotions Coordinator

Robert Doyle, better known as “Odie” is the Assistant Promotions Coordinator at Impact Radio Group.

Prior to taking on the role of Assistant Promotions Coordinator, Odie began his career at Impact Radio Group October 2016 as a Remote Technician assisting in live broadcasts for private clients and community events and quickly learned how to board-op live broadcasts for all stations.

TOD KIMMELL | Promotions

Tod made Boise his hometown in 1992. March of 2019 he joined the company and he knew immediately he had found the perfect work environment and professional culture to continue to expand his skills and career.

Tod is part of the finely tuned promotions team. He assists the program director of 99.1 I-Rock and helps out the production department with promos and imaging.

MOSTYN CAGLE | Promotions

Mostyn is the youngest member of the team at 18-years-old. He is part of the promotional street team, either as a remote technician or a board operator. He is new to radio, but is looking forward to learning more and furthering his career and future endeavors.
